We’re thrilled to welcome back Kim Rooney for another wonderful year of Sound Healing. These sessions weave together the resonant tones of Kim’s crystal bowls and sacred instruments with the deeply restorative frequencies of the TLS technology.

Sound Healing uses instruments, such as the voice, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks and Koshi chimes, to bring vibrational healing in and around the body.

The sound instruments trigger the relaxation response in the body, allowing the body’s natural healing response to be activated. The sound waves emitted from these instruments work through sympathetic resonance, flowing to where it is needed and creating the healing conditions necessary for the individual’s needs. The sound transforms and releases disharmonious energy creating balance and health. The healing vibrations have a rejuvenating effect on the entire physical body as well as on the subtle energy system. The end result is a state of well-being where the body is harmonized on all levels- body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit.
