What is mHBOT?
Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) is a deeply restorative wellness experience designed to support recovery, resilience and cellular vitality. Inside a comfortable pressurised hard-shell chamber operating up to 2.0 ATA, you breathe concentrated oxygen in an environment that allows it to dissolve more efficiently into the bloodstream, plasma and tissues, going beyond what is possible through normal breathing alone.

- Recovery & Repair
- Mental Clarity
Why Oxygen Matters
Oxygen is the foundation of energy, repair and life itself. Your body depends on it for virtually every function:
- Energy and Vitality: Oxygen is required to produce ATP, the cellular energy that powers your muscles, nerves and organs.
- Healing and Repair: Oxygen supports the body’s natural tissue regeneration processes and plays a key role in immune cell function.
- Brain and Nervous System: The brain represents just 2% of body weight yet consumes around 20% of the body’s total oxygen supply, supporting memory, focus, mood regulation and neurological function.
- Natural Detoxification: Oxygen supports metabolic pathways involved in the natural removal of waste products from the body.
- Signs of Low Oxygen: Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, headaches, poor sleep and reduced exercise capacity are commonly associated with suboptimal oxygen availability at a cellular level.
How It Works
Inside the pressurised chamber, increased atmospheric pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood plasma. This enables oxygen to reach deeper tissues and support the body’s natural recovery and regulation processes.
