Scalar yoga
Scalar Yoga
This all-levels yoga class is offered weekly, with the option to attend in-person or via live Zoom broadcast.
If you attend in-person, you’ll have all your props and equipment provided along with the added benefit of the Scalar Lounge frequencies, or join the live Zoom broadcast and practice from home. (Acquiring props is strongly recommended. See below) All registrants receive a 7-day class recording within about 15 minutes of the class ending, allowing you to repeat the sequence and deepen your practice as often as you like throughout the week.
As an all-levels class, beginners will find that a continuing foundation is woven throughout the practice, designed to teach you not only about each pose, but about your body within the pose, supporting the development of a deeper relationship between yourself and your body.
Experienced practitioners can expect clear verbal cues to deepen and refine the practice.
Those working with injuries or areas of weakness are encouraged to join, as principles of injury prevention and rehabilitation are continually addressed.
I know the power of yoga to unite body and mind, cultivate ongoing inner awareness, and elevate consciousness. You may be surprised at what one consistent weekly class can do.
I look forward to welcoming you to class and opening the door to one of the most profound practices I know.
See you on the mat,
Viv
Zoom Attendees will be most comfortable if they have the following. I’ve provided links to a supplier in Brisbane just in case that’s helpful but by all means you can source your equipment from anywhere that suits you:
- 1 yoga mat
- 1 long yoga belt (2.5m) Either are fine
