As you settle in, you’re provided with noise-cancelling headphones and an MP3 player pre-loaded with Dr. Sandra Rose Michael’s soothing meditation. Combined with frequencies tailored to guide both novices and advanced practitioners into a meditative state, the experience often leads to profound relaxation or even sleep, as your brain waves shift into delta and theta states, facilitating significant healing.
